PLM Power Driven BRZ GR86 FA24 Unequal Length Header

This is the PLM unequal-length header I would choose for a second-generation BRZ or GR86. It follows the proven layout of PLM's FA20 header, but the primary tubing is enlarged to 48 mm so it is better matched to the airflow and displacement of the 2.4-liter FA24.

The unequal-length design keeps the boxer sound people want while targeting stronger low- and midrange response. PLM uses mandrel-bent stainless tubing, TIG welds, bellow flex joints, a true 4-1 merge collector, and CNC laser-cut flanges, so it is built as a functional power part rather than just a sound change.

PLM references a 28 whp and 14 lb-ft result from testing of its earlier FA20 version; that is context for the design, not a guaranteed FA24 result. Final gains depend on the rest of the exhaust and the calibration, so plan on tuning the car after installation.
