Orders

Can I cancel or change my order?

We may be unable to change or cancel an order once it has been accepted, processed, submitted to a supplier, prepared for shipment, or shipped. Some items, including special-order, vendor-direct, build-to-order, digital, and custom items, may not be canceled once the order is placed. Please contact us at sales@red5garage.com with any order change questions.

How do I know if my order went through?

You should receive an order confirmation email after checkout. If you do not see it, check your spam or promotions folder. If you still do not have it, contact us and we’ll help verify your order.

Do you reserve the right to cancel orders?

Yes. We may cancel or limit orders for reasons including pricing errors, product availability, suspected fraud, supplier issues, or other order concerns.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page. Carrier transit times vary and are estimates only.

Are delivery dates guaranteed?

No. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping may be available on select products and destinations. Customers are responsible for duties, taxes, import fees, and any country-specific requirements.

What happens if I entered the wrong address?

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change it.

My package says delivered, but I do not have it. What should I do?

First, verify the shipping address, check around the delivery area, and ask household members or neighbors. Then contact the shipping carrier. If needed, contact us and we may assist with the claim process, but we are not obligated to replace or refund packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Returns

What is your return window?

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

What items are eligible for return?

To be eligible for return, items must be unused, uninstalled, unworn, not test-fit, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Who pays return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error, or the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Are all products returnable?

No. Certain items are non-returnable, including custom products, special-order items, build-to-order items, digital goods, tunes, downloadable products, gift cards, sale items, and items that have been installed, used, modified, or test-fit.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest option is to request an approved return, then place a new order for the correct item.

Products and Fitment

Do you guarantee fitment?

No. Unless Red 5 Garage has expressly confirmed fitment in writing for your exact vehicle and setup, we do not guarantee compatibility or fitment.

Why can’t fitment always be guaranteed?

Many vehicles in the enthusiast space are modified, swapped, imported, tuned, or using mixed-component setups. Even parts listed for a platform may require supporting mods, custom work, tuning, or adjustment.

What if my car is modified?

Modified vehicles may require fabrication, tuning, calibration, or other custom work. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify compatibility before purchase.

Are your products street legal?

Not always. Some products may be intended for off-road, racing, closed-course, or motorsport use only. It is your responsibility to determine whether a product is legal for street use or emissions-compliant in your area.

Do you recommend professional installation?

Yes, especially for mechanical, suspension, engine, fuel, tuning, electronics, or safety-related products.

Digital Products

Are digital products refundable?

Unless otherwise stated, digital, downloadable, licensed, or non-tangible products are non-refundable once delivered, accessed, downloaded, or transmitted.

Can I share or resell digital products?

No. Digital products may not be reproduced, redistributed, sublicensed, or commercially shared unless we expressly permit it in writing.
