Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • unused, uninstalled, and not test-fit
  • in the same condition as received
  • in the original packaging with all tags, hardware, manuals, and included materials
  • accompanied by proof of purchase

To request a return, contact us at returns@red5garage.com. All returns must be approved by Red 5 Garage before being shipped back. Items returned without prior authorization may be refused.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Unless the return is due to our error, or the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

We may require photos, packaging images, troubleshooting steps, or manufacturer review before approving a refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • custom, personalized, or made-to-order products
  • special-order, build-to-order, vendor-direct, or drop-shipped items
  • digital products, tunes, downloads, licenses, and other non-tangible goods
  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • gift cards
  • sale, clearance, or final-sale items
  • any item that has been installed, test-fit, modified, used, or damaged after delivery

Fitment and Application

Customers are responsible for confirming product compatibility and fitment before purchase. Unless Red 5 Garage has expressly confirmed fitment in writing for your specific vehicle and configuration, we cannot guarantee compatibility for modified vehicles, mixed-component setups, or custom applications.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the correct item is to request an approved return for the original item and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, though your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

European Union 14-Day Withdrawal Right

If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions. To qualify, the item must be returned in the condition received, with original packaging and proof of purchase, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

This withdrawal right may not apply to certain goods, including custom or personalized items and some digital-content purchases.
