Thank you for shopping with Red 5 Garage. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Processing times may be longer during:

  • new product launches
  • sales or promotions
  • holidays
  • high order volume periods
  • supplier delays
  • special-order or build-to-order situations

Processing time refers to the time it takes us to prepare your order for shipment. It does not include carrier transit time.

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times shown at checkout or elsewhere on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier, destination, service selected, weather conditions, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.

Red 5 Garage is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, service interruptions, or delivery delays once a package has been transferred to the carrier.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs are based on factors such as:

  • package size and weight
  • shipping destination
  • selected shipping service
  • product type
  • supplier fulfillment location

Any shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable once the order has shipped, except where required by law or where the shipment issue was caused by our error.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to locations within the United States unless otherwise stated on a product page.

Certain items may have shipping restrictions due to size, carrier limitations, hazardous material classifications, supplier restrictions, or destination limitations.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available on select items and destinations.

Customers are responsible for all applicable:

  • customs duties
  • import taxes
  • brokerage fees
  • VAT or similar charges
  • country-specific import requirements

Red 5 Garage is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, import holds, or rejected international shipments.

If an international shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid duties, import restrictions, or customer inaction, any refund will be reduced by shipping charges, return fees, customs charges, and any other costs incurred by Red 5 Garage.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, Red 5 Garage is not responsible for delivery issues, delays, losses, or additional fees.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempt, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges before the order is resent.

Lost, Stolen, or Marked Delivered Packages

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s handling and scan records.

Red 5 Garage is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier after shipment. However, we may, at our discretion, assist customers in opening a carrier claim where appropriate.

If your tracking information shows that a package was delivered but you did not receive it, you should:

  • verify the shipping address provided at checkout
  • check around the delivery location
  • check with household members or neighbors
  • contact the shipping carrier directly

We are not obligated to replace or refund orders marked as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery.

If your order arrives visibly damaged, incomplete, or with the wrong item, contact us at support@red5garage.com within 5 days of delivery.

To help us review the issue, we may require:

  • photos of the item
  • photos of the packaging
  • photos of the shipping label
  • a description of the issue

Failure to report shipping damage or shipment errors promptly may affect our ability to assist with a claim.

Split Shipments

Some orders may ship in multiple packages from different locations. This may happen when:

  • products are fulfilled by different suppliers
  • part of an order is on hand and part is not
  • oversized items require separate handling
  • items ship directly from a manufacturer or distributor

You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.

Pre-Orders, Special Orders, and Build-to-Order Items

Pre-order, special-order, vendor-direct, and build-to-order items may have longer processing and delivery times.

Estimated ship dates for these items are approximate only and may change due to supplier production schedules, inventory availability, freight delays, or other factors outside our control.

Orders containing special-order or build-to-order items may ship separately or may be held until all items are ready, at our discretion.

Unless otherwise stated, pre-order, special-order, vendor-direct, and build-to-order items are not eligible for cancellation after the order is placed.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us for reasons not caused by Red 5 Garage, we may deduct:

  • original shipping charges
  • return shipping charges
  • carrier fees
  • restocking fees, where applicable

from any refund issued.

Order Tracking

If tracking is provided for your shipment, it will typically be sent to the email address used at checkout once your order ships.

Please note that tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may not update immediately.
