This is IAG’s maintenance-free air oil separator for this chassis. It is a real PCV control piece, not just a can you have to keep emptying.

Why you’d want it: if the car sees spirited street driving, track time, or just long-term ownership where you want cleaner intake plumbing and better crankcase control, this is one of the better upgrades you can make.

This is the version I’d want on the older turbo Subaru stuff where blow-by and oily intercooler plumbing are always trying to sneak in.
