ETS 1993-1995 Mazda RX-7 2.5" Intercooler Piping Kit
This short-route intercooler piping kit gives the 1993–1995 FD RX-7 a cleaner, less restrictive charge path while keeping the battery and radiator in their factory locations. The shorter routing reduces unnecessary pipe volume, helping the turbo respond more quickly while giving the system enough flow capacity for a higher-boost combination.
Construction and Fitment
- 2.5-inch mandrel-bent steel piping
- Stainless T-bolt clamps
- Uses existing mounting holes in the chassis
- Works with the factory throttle-body elbow
- Supports the factory twin-turbo layout or a big-single conversion
- Available with no BOV flange or HKS, TiAL, or Turbosmart flange options
Choosing the Options
Select Stock Twins for the factory sequential-turbo layout or Big Single for a converted car. Choose the BOV flange that matches the valve being installed. Select the Greddy-elbow option only when the car uses a Greddy throttle-body elbow; big-single cars using that elbow receive the corresponding larger driver-side pipe arrangement.
A future twin-to-single conversion can be completed with the appropriate single-turbo upgrade pipe and a 2.5-inch 90-degree silicone elbow. Installation requires removal of the bumper support and cutting of the core support.
