This gasket seals the turbo compressor outlet to the intercooler pipe in the ETS 2015–2021 WRX intercooler setup. I'd use a fresh one when the joint is apart or if a pressure test shows a leak at that flange. A good seal keeps the boost the turbo makes inside the charge pipes.
